Shipping
• Orders are processed and shipped within the standard dispatch timeline communicated at checkout.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination and courier services.
• Customers will receive tracking details once the order is shipped.
• Xpressions is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Once an order is shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct before placing the order.
• Door delivery is not guaranteed in all locations. Customers may be required to collect the parcel from the nearest courier office or delivery hub if doorstep service is unavailable in their area.
Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
• All sales at Xpressions are final.
• We follow a strict No Return, No Exchange, and No Refund policy on all products once sold.
• Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of color, size issues, or change of mind.
• Products purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are not eligible for any kind of return or claim.
• If a return request is approved due to a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a fresh replacement item. In case the item is not available, a credit note valid for 45 days will be issued, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Manufacturing Defects
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must contact us immediately through WhatsApp or Email within 24–48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video of the product (clearly showing the issue) is mandatory for raising a claim.
• Claims will only be considered if the product is unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
Important Note
• Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
• Xpressions reserves the right to approve or reject claims after verification.
